Kayabet Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Betting Platform

Welcome to Kayabet, an online betting platform dedicated to Malaysian players. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Kayabet website or its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

To register and use Kayabet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority as defined in your state of residence, whichever is higher.
• Is an individual using the platform solely for personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• Never been blacklisted or banned from any online betting platform by any relevant authority.
• Not currently experiencing active problem gambling issues, or enrolled in a gambling addiction treatment programme.
• Register using accurate, up-to-date, and complete personal information.

Kayabet reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Should the information provided prove to be inaccurate or false, Kayabet reserves the right to terminate the account and forfeit any outstanding balances or winnings.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) Kayabet account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

By registering a Kayabet account, you agree to:

• Provide your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and accurate personal information.
• Keep your account password secure and do not share it with anyone.
• Notify Kayabet immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Take full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.
• Update your personal information whenever any changes occur.

Kayabet will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Kayabet supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods specifically for players in Malaysia:

• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and all major Malaysian banks

All transactions on Kayabet are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. Deposit and withdrawal limits are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM 5 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: subject to the selected payment method
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per transaction
• Withdrawal processing time: 5–15 minutes for e-wallets and DuitNow

• VIP Programme: Loyalty points are accumulated based on total qualifying bets placed and can be redeemed for cash credits.

Kayabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Kayabet's decisions regarding bonus eligibility and payouts are final.

All bets placed on Kayabet — whether on Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, e-sports, live casino, slots, lottery, or Virtual Sports — are subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified except through the Cash Out function (where available).
• The minimum bet per match or game is RM 1 unless otherwise stated.
• Kayabet reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a technical error, system disruption, or incorrectly set odds.
• For live (in-play) betting, all wagers are subject to final confirmation based on the actual match result.
• Any discrepancy in scores or results will be resolved based on the official ruling of the relevant sports governing body.

In the event of a match that is postponed, cancelled, or ended early (before the 90th minute for football, or before completion for other sports), Kayabet will follow its standard settlement policy, applied consistently and fairly to all members.

As a Kayabet member, you agree not to engage in any of the following strictly prohibited activities:

• Use of automation software, bots, data scrapers, or any unauthorised technology to access or exploit the Kayabet platform.
• Any form of fraud, including match-fixing, money laundering, or unlawful collusion between members.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt Kayabet's technical infrastructure.
• Using your Kayabet account for commercial or business purposes without prior written consent from Kayabet.
• Making false claims or providing misleading information to Kayabet's customer support team.

Kayabet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons, with or without notice:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Facilitating or endorsing fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Any activity that Kayabet deems detrimental to the interests of the platform or other members.
• At the member's own request for voluntary account closure.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the Kayabet support team. Any valid balance remaining in an account closed at the member's request will be refunded within 7 business days.

Kayabet provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. Kayabet does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or full security at all times.

• Kayabet is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from a member's betting decisions.
• Kayabet is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond its control, including internet connectivity issues, third-party outages, or force majeure events.
• Kayabet's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through negotiation between the member and Kayabet.

This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and Kayabet regarding the use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written.
